How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details. Follow these steps to track your package:

Check Your Email: Look for the shipping confirmation email from Modian Luxury (sent to the email address used at checkout). This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to track your order.

Use Our Tracking Tool: Visit our tracking page at https://www.17track.net/en and enter your order number and tracking number.

Carrier Website: Alternatively, use the tracking number provided in the email to track your package directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local EU carriers).
If you can’t find your tracking number or have trouble tracking your order, contact us at support@modianluxury.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $55 to the USA and EU.

USA: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days; express delivery takes 1–3 business days.

EU: Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. Customs processing may affect delivery times.

International Orders: For EU orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Check with your local customs office for details.

Order Status: Your order may show statuses like “Processing,” “Shipped,” or “Delivered” in the tracking system. If your order is still “Processing,” it’s being prepared for shipment and will update soon.
Common Tracking Questions
1. I haven’t received my shipping confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder for the email from support@modianluxury.com. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order number, and we’ll resend the tracking details.
2. My tracking number isn’t working. Why?
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipping. If it’s still not working, the carrier may be experiencing delays, or there may be an issue with the tracking number. Email us at support@modianluxury.com for assistance.
3. My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it.
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom. If it’s still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
