Ordering & Payment

1. How do I place an order?

Browse our collection on www.modianluxury.com, select your desired jewelry, choose any customization options (e.g., size or metal type), and add to cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your details.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us at support@modianluxury.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Modian Luxury offers free shipping on all orders over $55 to the USA and EU.

5. Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

  • USA: We ship nationwide with standard delivery in 3–7 business days and express delivery in 1–3 business days.
  • EU: We ship to all EU countries with standard delivery in 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing for EU orders. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. Are there additional costs for international shipping?

For EU orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Returns & Refunds

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days for USA customers and 14 days for EU customers, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging. Customized jewelry, earrings, and final sale items are non-returnable unless defective. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

8. How do I return an item?

Email support@modianluxury.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

9. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. EU customers exercising their 14-day right of withdrawal will receive a full refund, including original shipping costs.

10. How do I care for my Modian Luxury jewelry?

To keep your jewelry sparkling:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft cloth to polish. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and warm water, then dry thoroughly.
  • Storage: Store in the provided Modian Luxury box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches.
  • Avoid: Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or exposure to chemicals (e.g., perfume, lotions). For specific care instructions (e.g., for gemstones or gold), refer to the care guide included with your purchase.

11. How do I find the right ring size?

We provide a Ring Sizing Guide on our website. You can also contact us for assistance or visit a local jeweler to measure your ring size. If your ring doesn’t fit, contact us within the return period to discuss exchange options (subject to our return policy).

12. Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?

Most of our jewelry is made with high-quality materials like sterling silver, 14k/18k gold, or platinum, which are generally hypoallergenic. However, if you have specific allergies (e.g., to nickel), please check the product description or contact us to confirm material details.
