  • Pricing and Taxes: Prices are listed in USD (for USA) or EUR (for EU) and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We offer free shipping on orders over $55. Taxes, duties, or customs fees (for EU orders) are your responsibility unless specified.
  • Payment: We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount.
  • Order Errors: If we discover an error in pricing or product details after you place an order, we will contact you to resolve the issue. You may choose to proceed with the corrected terms or cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: We ship to the USA and EU with estimated delivery times of 3–7 business days (USA, standard), 1–3 business days (USA, express), or 5–10 business days (EU, standard). See our Track Your Order page for details.
  • Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us at support@modianluxury.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policies are outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. In summary:

  • USA customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  • EU customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with EU consumer rights (right of withdrawal).
  • Customized jewelry, earrings, and final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Product Information

  • Accuracy: We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations (e.g., in gemstone color or metal finish) may occur due to the handmade nature of our jewelry.
  • Authenticity: All Modian Luxury jewelry uses authentic gemstones and high-quality metals, as specified in product descriptions and certificates of authenticity.
  • Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Contact us for warranty claims or repair services.
