Returns & Refunds Policy - Modian Luxury

Thank you for choosing Modian Luxury! We are committed to ensuring you love your luxury jewelry purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below. This policy applies to customers in the USA and EU.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most jewelry items under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for customers in the USA and within 14 days of delivery for customers in the EU, in accordance with EU consumer rights regulations.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and included accessories (e.g., gift boxes, certificates of authenticity) intact.
  • Non-returnable Items:
    • Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved items or made-to-order pieces).
    • Earrings and body jewelry due to hygiene reasons, unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
    • Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@modianluxury.com within the return timeframe (30 days for USA, 14 days for EU). Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original Modian Luxury packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Use the provided return shipping label or a trackable shipping service to send the item back to us. We recommend insuring the package, as Modian Luxury is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  5. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the item.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s), excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • EU Customers: In compliance with EU regulations, you are entitled to a full refund, including original shipping costs, for returns exercised within the 14-day withdrawal period, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
  • Non-refunded Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item). In such cases, Modian Luxury will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and indicate your preferred replacement item in your email.
  • Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns (unused, unworn, original condition, within the return timeframe).
  • For exchanges, Modian Luxury will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you if the original item was defective or incorrect.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@modianluxury.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Offer a full refund or replacement, including all shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
  • Process the refund or replacement within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

For customers in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason. To exercise this right:

  • Notify us in writing via email at support@modianluxury.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return the item(s) in unused, original condition within 14 days of your notification.
  • We will refund the full purchase price, including original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. International Returns (USA and EU)

  • For returns from outside the USA or EU, please contact us for specific instructions. Customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for international returns, as Modian Luxury is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
